WHO MAY ENTER:  Participation in the Share to Win Giveaway is open to all persons except for the following:

HOW TO ENTER:  Entrants must post which show they want to see and why they deserve to win reserved front row tickets to that show in 100 words or less on the On the Waterfront, Inc. Facebook page. Only one entry per person per performer.

 

PRIZES:  The following prizes will be awarded based on the above listed criteria:

1. One (1) pair of reserved seats for the performance specified in entry (either The Offspring presented by 104.9 The X on Thursday, August 30; Billy Currington presented by Q98.5 on Friday, August 31; CCR presented by 96.7 The Eagle on Saturday, September 1; or Theory of a Deadman presented by 104.9 The X on Sunday, September 2. All performances are on the Schnucks Great Lawn Stage at the 2012 On the Waterfront Festival.

 

The grand-prize winner, the entrant with the best reason why they should win, will be notified via Facebook by an employee of OTW. The winner will receive a pair of reserved seats for the performance specified in their entry at the 2012 On the Waterfront Festival.

 

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  No more than one prize will be awarded to any one contestant.  Prize substitution is not permitted.  This prize is not transferable to other parties.  In the event that the person announced as winner is determined to be unqualified, On the Waterfront may, at its option, refuse to award the prize or select another qualified entrant.

 

After the winner has been notified, he or she must give On the Waterfront notice, by phone at (815) 964-4388, within 48 hours on whether they will accept the prize or not.  On the Waterfront is not responsible for any prizes, which are lost or misdelivered by the postal service or carrier.

 

No purchase is required to enter or to win.

 

WINNER’S RESPONSIBILITY:  Prize-winner will be responsible for pickup and registration of prize.  Winner will be required to show proper identification.

HOW TO ENTER:  Entrants must post a picture to the On The Waterfront, Inc. Facebook This contest will run every other Thursday starting July 12, 2012 at 12 pm and ending the following Monday at 9:00 am. Only one entry per person, and you MUST LIKE OUR FACEBOOK PAGE TO QUALIFY.

PRIZES:  The following prizes will be awarded based on the above listed criteria:

1. One Pair (2) General Admission passes for the 2012 On the Waterfront Festival.

The winner will be notified via Facebook by an employee of OTW on the Monday following the opening of the contest.  One entry will be chosen by the number of likes received on Facebook.  Each winner will receive a pair of festival passes to the 2012 On the Waterfront Festival.

HOW TO ENTER:  Entrants must post a video of themselves singing their favorite song by CCR and TAG On the Waterfront Inc. in the video.  Only one entry per person per performer

PRIZES:  The following prizes will be awarded based on the above listed criteria:

1. One pair or reserved seats for CCR presented by 96.7 The Eagle on the Schnucks Great Lawn Stage on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the 2012 On the Waterfront Festival.

Trivia Tuesdays

OFFICIAL RULES:  The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America.  The contest will begin on Tuesdays and end the following Thursday at 9:00 am (Central Standard Time).  To enter to win 2012 On the Waterfront Festival Passes or Thursday night lawn admission, correctly answer the trivia question of the day.  Participants who give the correct answer will have their name entered into a drawing, where the winner will be randomly pulled.  Must ‘like’ our Facebook page to qualify.   Multiple entries will be disqualified.  An individual may only receive one prize. One winner (one per Contest) will be selected at random from all eligible entries to receive a pair of OTW 2012 General Admission Passes or Thursday night lawn passes. Officials reserve the right to delay the drawing.  Odds of winning are dependant upon number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced on Facebook and will be personally notified concerning ticket retrieval.  If officials are unable to contact a winning entrant before 3:00 pm (Central Standard Time) on the day following the contest close, that winner forfeits his/her prize.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  No substitutions are allowed.  All winners must present proper identification upon retrieval of prize.  Winner is responsible for all other incidentals/expenses not listed as included.  By acceptance of a prize, winner agrees that neither On the Waterfront, nor the agents, employees, directors, and officers thereof, assume liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this contest or any prize-related activity.  The decision of contest officials will be final in all matters pertaining to the contest, reserving the right to correct any and all printing, typographical, and/or mechanical errors related to the contest.  No purchase necessary.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This contest will run every other Thursday starting July 12, 2012 at 12 p.m. and ending the following Monday at 9:00 am . Only one entry per person.
